He has an extensive publication history based on his fieldwork on shamanism in Amazonia, but is perhaps best known to SM readers as the author of “Who Owns Native Culture”:http://www.williams.edu/go/native/, an excellent and widely read book on issues of indigenous rights and intellectual property.
