Please welcome (back) Thomas Hylland Eriksen

I am _extremely_ pleased to announce that Thomas Hylland Eriksen has agreed to join us as a regular member of the Savage Minds team. Thomas will graduate from being a guest blogger to a full time Mind and will blog as time permits, which we hope will be quite often.
