In this case, electronic publication seems to mean electronic distribution rather than purely electronic publishing, since the materials will also be distributed in print on demand through Qoop.com. According to Inside Higher Ed, it’ll be hosted through Connexions. (Thanks to my colleague Chris Kelty at Savage Minds for the link.)
