The thing with blogging is that it&#039;s still author-focused, despite the community engagement. Less obvious with a collaborative blog like SM, but still active as a principle. &quot;You write, they read.&quot; Facebook is more about fluid interactions.
Many Facebook groups simply show connections between people. People join a group to show support for a cause (they can also use the &quot;Causes&quot; application) or to tell friends about some vague affiliation. Given the Savage Minds frame, it&#039;s quite possible that the SM group on Fb may become something altogether a bit different. It will certainly be interesting to see.
