		<description>If the intent is to have a serious discussion of what sorts of things anthros should/can do these days, the Ferguson &amp; the Tsing seem like the best choices.  Of the two, I&#039;d prefer the Tsing, not because I agree with everything in Diamond Queen (I most definately don&#039;t) but because framing the question as how to write about connection seem to open up more than framing the question around a particular take on the nature of that connection.  The book might open up the discussion to our own work as well, sinc emany of us (I imagine) are also trying to write about global interconnection, albiet in different ways.</description>
