French Anthro Musings

A friend of a friend is doing a project anthropology and blogging in France and asked me to pass on a request — is there a French anthropology group blog that is functionally equivalent to Savage Minds? Or in general are there any French anthropology blogs that people can particularly reccomend? I know there are some EHESSians amongst our readers…

  2. In France, and in french, I know just one anthropology blog I can reccomend which seems functionaly equivalent to Savage Minds. You will find it at http://www.ethno-web.com. Actually I have searched on the web for my own purpose and I did not find more french anthropology blogs. Certainly they do exist but I think they are academic blogs with reserved access. I just find one which is open to every one and can be interesting … if you read french.

  3. On a related note: Does anyone know where it is possible to find translations of French journal articles? Is there some easy way to search for translations or for articles that have been published in both English and French? Thanks in advance.
