		<description>what you have written on so-called criminal tribes is quite true, but i will accept ur arguments partly. The category of so-called criminal tribes was not invented or created by Britishers but discovered and labbled them as criminal tribes in census and through act. These communites were exiting before Britishers arrived. 

And the concept of heriditary crime was created by britishers by keeping the caste system in mind, with the consensus of the so-called high castes.
